Brien is a LEADER. He conducts ongoing trainings to the trainers of the Optimal Fitness Center and created a mentorship for students interested in the Optimal Fitness Center philosophy.
Brien is an INNOVATOR. In 1999, Brien developed the award winning Optimal Fitness Nutrition Program (OFNP), which is a comprehensive lifestyle program, especially for people desiring weight loss and enhanced quality of life. In 2000, he developed the worldwide Athletic Training Program (ATP™). The principles of ATP are utilized in hundreds of fitness facilities, colleges and athletic teams worldwide. In 2002, he opened the Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Center, which helped thousands of people around the bay area. In 2010, Brien decided to simplify things and work as an Independent Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultant.
